I want to work in FedEx Supply Chain Logistics company and I checked the reviews of this organization in Glassdoor. The rating for FedEx Supply Chain Logistics company is 3.6. I feel that this company is good enough for me to work. However, the impression of the company is not absolutely accurate in the website because of the exaggerated/excessive criticism of the organization just because of the rebranding effect. Rebranding does not imply that there can be loss of culture completely. This is because there will always be some traits of the organizational members remaining in the culture of an organization.
